My name is Whitney, and this is my Beneve story…

I was broken mentally and physically. I found myself constantly yelling at my children for the littlest things. I was overweight. I was exhausted. I suffered with skin issues that had completely scared my face. I would avoid all mirrors because I could barely stand the way I looked or even felt. I would sit on my couch and tell my kids I was too tired to do anything. I could barely pull myself out of bed to get my kids ready for school. I had fallen into a huge depression. For a good 2-3 months straight, my husband would get up and get the kids ready while I laid in bed. I was literally eating my feelings away.
